N5, a software company for fintechs and banks, will start the year by increasing its global team: there are more than 100 job openings to work from anywhere in the world.
The hiring model is already home office and the company is adapted to work with different time zones, including Australia, United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.
Founded four years ago, since the beginning the company has followed a totally remote culture and has offices in the cities of Miami, Madrid, São Paulo and Buenos Aires.
Julián Colombo, CEO of N5, believes that the company does not belong in one place. For him, having employees in different countries and of different nationalities is the secret of N5’s success.
“In recent times we have faced a great demand for our service and we are looking for the best professionals so that – together – we can continue to develop a platform designed to respond to a fundamental need: the digital transformation of our customers”, explains the executive.
The company was recognized by Microsoft as Latin America’s “Startup of the Year” in 2021 and has been maintaining growth rates of 500%.
How to apply for vacancies
The company has positions primarily for Front End Developer, Back End, Full Stack, Data Scientist, Big Data, Architect and Sysadmin, but there are opportunities in other areas.
Anyone interested in the vacancies will meet the N5 mascot, the Pistacchio cat, who will ask candidates several questions about reasoning and logic. The idea is to make the process more fun and keep the attention of professionals.
“When we created Pistacchio, the intention was not to use it as part of our selection process. But seeing the great reception from the public, we decided to use it as a first approach to candidates”, comments Colombo.
