The firm seeks to add new collaborators in key positions such as Front End Developer, Back End, Full Stack, Data scientist, Big Data Architect and Sysadmin, among others.

N5, the startup that developed software that helps make each of the interactions of a fintech, bank or insurance company profitable, has just opened 105 vacancies to work from anywhere in the world.

The company was recently recognized by Microsoft as “Startup of the Year” in Latin America, in the Business Intelligence category, and registers an annual growth rate of 500%. “In recent times we have faced a high demand for our service and we went out to find the best in their area so that together we can continue to develop a platform designed to respond to a key need: the digital transformation of our customers,” he explains Julián Colombo, CEO of N5.

The company offers a hiring to work remotely, adapting to any time zone, including Australia, the United Kingdom or Saudi Arabia, for example. It also has offices in strategic cities such as Miami, Madrid, São Paulo and Buenos Aires, and plans to open new offices in New York, Mexico, Colombia and Chile.

Available vacancies include developers; frontenders; backenders; big data and solutions architects, CRM consultants, risk modeling, payments, banking and insurance processes; data scientist, designers; copywriters; Marketing specialists, among others. You can see the full list here.

“It is the best place to start professional development, to go through it, as well as to finish it,” explains María Luz Pochettino, head of the HR area, while the collaborators emphasize that what they like most about working in N5 is that their suggestions are listened to, not only by the person in charge of the area in which they are developed, but also by senior managers

The application process is simple and agile. “We were born in a digital context, so we are not interested in the candidate spending a lot of time filling out an extensive form with information that is either on the resume or has it in their LinkedIn account. So, we prefer that you register with this social network or directly provide us with the link to your profile and upload your CV, ”explains Colombo.

The company was created in 2017 in the United States and today it already has 200 employees around the world, offices in 13 countries and a large presence in Latin America. Its current clients range from European multinational banks to public banks in Argentina, from insurance companies in Switzerland, to means of payment in Arabia, and from Brazilian Fintechs to American investment funds.
