Technology leadership is one of the factors that most defines the direction of a financial software company. A strong business vision is not enough — you need someone who can translate that vision into architecture, product decisions and high-level technical execution.
That is why Lucas Tettamanti joining N5 as Technical Co-Founder is more than a hire: it is a clear signal of where the company is headed.
The company incorporates a specialist in complex systems to accelerate the development of scalable and business-oriented platforms.

N5 announced the incorporation of Lucas Tettamanti as Technical Co-Founder, in a move that aims to deepen its artificial intelligence strategy applied to the financial industry.
From this role, Tettamanti will aim to develop platforms where automation, intelligent agents and data allow banks, fintechs and insurers to reduce operating costs, reduce risks and accelerate the launch of new products.
“We are very happy to add Lucas and have his ability to design complex systems, key to continue expanding our technological capabilities,” said Julián Colombo, CEO of N5.
With a background at Stanford and a career in companies such as Mercado Libre, Globant, OLX, Despegar and Rappi, Tettamanti is a specialist in software architecture with a focus on scalable systems.
- Complex System Design Expertise
- Time spent in unicorns and big tech in the region
- Focus on technology as a talent multiplier
- Vision of platforms designed “from the ground up” to scale
“For decades, financial software focused on digitizing interfaces, but internal processes remained complex. Today, AI allows us to attack that operational core,” Tettamanti said.
In a sector where the pace of innovation determines who leads and who falls behind, adding a technical profile of this caliber to the founding team is a strategic bet. N5 is consolidating a leadership structure built to scale — with a technology focus, long-term vision and the experience needed to transform banking from the inside.
The question is no longer what technology can do for the financial system. The question is who has the team to do it.
