The initiative aims to provide tools through an immersive experience in real projects, international exposure, and hands-on learning.
Buenos Aires, December 22, 2025 – N5, a technology company specializing in solutions for the financial industry and recognized by Microsoft as Best Startup, announces the launch of “Summer Experience,” the first edition of its Young Talent Program for the region. Interested candidates can apply through the following form.
The initiative is aimed at students nearing graduation or recently graduated professionals from across Latin America who are looking to accelerate their professional development by working on real projects with tangible impact from day one.
With a two-month immersive format and full-time dedication, Summer Experience begins on January 19, 2026, and presents a challenge that is still uncommon in the region: bridging the gap between theoretical learning and the practical development of real-world solutions.
“Many young professionals spend the first years of their careers observing and learning in a theoretical way. At N5, we believe development happens when people start building, testing solutions, and generating real impact. Summer Experience was designed to accelerate that transition and prepare professionals for real-world environments from day one,” explains Yanina Bustos, CHRO of N5.
The program stands out for its global exposure from the outset, hands-on work with cutting-edge technologies — including Artificial Intelligence applied to financial services — and the opportunity to deliver high-impact contributions even in the early stages of a career. The experience includes constant interaction with high-performance teams and real responsibility for outcomes, driving accelerated growth: learning in months what can take years in other contexts.
The program is designed for individuals with extreme curiosity, a drive to transform, a global mindset, and a genuine interest in fast-paced, high-learning environments. Students in the final two years of their degree programs or recently graduated professionals from fields such as Technology, Engineering, Data, AI, Finance, Marketing, Digital Business, and Human Resources are eligible to apply. A key differentiator is having an intermediate or advanced level in at least two languages — among Spanish, English, and Portuguese — reflecting the program’s regional and international scope.
Over the eight weeks, participants go through a structured process that combines accelerated training, an intensive bootcamp, assignment to sprint-based microprojects, continuous mentoring, and individual and squad-based evaluations. The experience concludes with a “Final Summit in Brazil,” where participants present their results, take part in a final ranking, and receive a certification.
“Latin America has a great deal of talent, but there are still few opportunities that combine accelerated learning, international exposure, and real projects. We want to open that access and train the next generation of builders in the financial sector,” highlights Julián Colombo, CEO of N5.
Recognized for its role in developing technological solutions for financial institutions across multiple countries in the region, N5 positions Summer Experience as a pathway to bring young professionals closer to real market practice.
