If you can&#8217;t answer that question in 5 seconds, you have a governance problem. You need an AI Risk Officer with real authority, an approval process for each model, and documentation that isn&#8217;t cosmetic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Fairness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Models trained on historical LATAM data learn its historical biases: unequal credit access by gender, discrimination by postal code, minority exclusion.
